Nicholas and family want to go to England

Several grand dukes and grand duchesses "of the former regime," have issued a plea to the Bolshevik government, urging that the conditions of the former imperial family, who are now living in Tobolsk, Siberia, "be alleviated,: reports the New York Times.

The unnamed members of the former imperial family are requesting that Nicholas II and his family be permitted to leave Russia and go to England or France. 

In one plea, they announced that the imperial family will renounce all rights to the throne.
